In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and faculty to develop course materials, digital resources, and assessment tools that align with learning objectives. You will oversee program timelines, coordinate virtual and in-person sessions, and ensure that students receive an exceptional educational experience. Responsibilities also include monitoring learner progress, evaluating program effectiveness, and incorporating feedback to improve content delivery. You will liaise with external partners for curriculum accreditation, integrate technology tools into teaching workflows, and stay updated on education trends to keep programs relevant and impactful. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and passionate about driving student success through innovation in education.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Design SCORM-compliant courses for LMS platforms

• Incorporate feedback loops and assessments

• Create inclusive and engaging lesson formats

• Collaborate with SMEs and designers

• Integrate video, AI chatbots, and interactive elements

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in instructional design or digital education

• Experience with Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard

• Strong grasp of pedagogy and user-centered design

• Proficiency in Articulate, Adobe Captivate
