FleetOS powers large vehicle fleets with advanced predictive analytics, enabling operators to maximize performance, reduce operational costs, and minimize downtime. We’re seeking a Fleet Analyst to turn data into actionable strategies that keep vehicles on the road, improve fuel efficiency, and support smarter decision-making. This role involves deep collaboration with operations, maintenance, and logistics teams, ensuring that data-driven insights lead directly to measurable improvements in fleet health and performance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze telematics, GPS tracking, and maintenance data to identify performance trends

• Build reports and dashboards highlighting fuel efficiency, downtime causes, and cost patterns

• Collaborate with operations teams to implement data-driven fleet management strategies

• Monitor vehicle performance to detect issues before they become critical

• Recommend policies and processes to improve safety, compliance, and cost efficiency

• Support adoption of predictive maintenance tools and workflows

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in fleet management analytics, logistics, or related field

• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

• Knowledge of telematics and GPS tracking systems

• Degree in Data Analytics, Logistics, Business, or related discipline

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Salary Range: CAD $75,000 – $88,000 / Year
