NeoLegal is a global advisory firm specializing in cross-border legal and regulatory consulting for fintech, cryptocurrency, and healthcare startups. We are hiring a Legal Compliance Associate to support clients in navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional compliance landscapes. In this role, you will draft and review international legal documents, maintain regulatory registers, and ensure that client operations align with applicable laws in multiple countries. You will work closely with legal counsel, compliance officers, and regulatory bodies to interpret emerging legislation, monitor global compliance trends, and develop robust internal policies. Additional responsibilities include preparing compliance training materials, conducting due diligence checks, and assisting with licensing applications across diverse regulatory regimes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, skilled in legal research, and comfortable managing projects that span multiple legal systems. Experience in financial services, blockchain regulation, or healthcare compliance is a plus.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor legal/regulatory updates in key markets

• Draft global compliance documents and frameworks

• Work with clients on GDPR, AML, HIPAA compliance

• Support onboarding and due diligence audits

• Coordinate with legal advisors in multiple countries

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years in compliance or legal consulting

• Knowledge of EU, UK, and US compliance standards

• Experience with contracts, audits, and reporting

• Law degree or paralegal certification
