VitaPharm Labs is an innovative pharmaceutical research and manufacturing company dedicated to developing high-quality nutraceuticals, prescription medications, and wellness products. We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our products meet rigorous international quality and compliance standards. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end quality processes, including raw material inspections, in-process checks, batch record reviews, and product release approvals. You will collaborate with R&D teams to implement quality-by-design principles, perform root cause analysis for deviations, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Additional responsibilities include maintaining GMP documentation, conducting supplier audits, and ensuring alignment with FDA, EMA, and WHO guidelines. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of quality control methodologies, regulatory compliance, and laboratory best practices, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills. Your work will directly contribute to safe, effective, and reliable pharmaceutical products reaching global markets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure GMP compliance throughout production

• Lead internal audits and documentation reviews

• Coordinate quality investigations and root cause analysis

• Train staff on SOPs and quality procedures

• Liaise with regulatory bodies

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in GMP/QA role within pharma

• Strong documentation and SOP skills

• Experience in aseptic manufacturing preferred

• Fluency in English, German a plus
