We specialize in plant-based therapeutics, functional supplements, and natural compounds for preventive healthcare. We are seeking a Bioproduct Development Scientist to lead R&D efforts from concept to commercialization. In this role, you will conduct laboratory experiments, optimize extraction and formulation processes, and evaluate bioactive properties of novel ingredients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to ensure products meet both scientific integrity and market demand. The ideal candidate will have experience in phytochemistry, microbiology, and bioassay development, as well as a passion for sustainable innovation. You’ll also engage with academic partners and industry stakeholders to stay ahead of emerging trends in biotechnology and nutraceuticals. This position offers the opportunity to work on projects that have a direct impact on health outcomes while promoting eco-conscious production methods.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare EU dossiers and market authorizations

• Maintain GMP/GLP documentation

• Liaise with regulators (Swissmedic, EMA)

• Monitor changes in biotech regulation

• Support clinical trial documentation

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years in regulatory compliance (health, food, or biotech)

• Knowledge of EU/Swiss/FDA health regulations

• Experience with regulatory submissions and audits

• French and/or German a plus
