VistaTextile is leading the transformation of the fashion industry by merging material science with sustainability to create innovative, eco-conscious textiles. We are seeking a Sustainable Textile Engineer to spearhead the development and refinement of biodegradable fabrics, zero-waste production processes, and circular design strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with R&D teams, supply chain partners, and sustainability experts to design materials that meet both performance and environmental standards. Responsibilities include testing fiber compositions, improving dyeing and finishing processes to reduce water and chemical use, and implementing closed-loop recycling systems. You will also analyze lifecycle assessments to ensure each product meets global eco-certifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile engineering, environmental science, or materials chemistry, coupled with a passion for reshaping fashion into a fully sustainable industry. ✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in textile engineering or material science

• Strong knowledge of industrial weaving and dyeing
