🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments via video calls
• Provide chronic care support (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)
• Document patient encounters in EHR systems
• Guide patients on follow-up care and referrals

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• Diploma/Associate’s in Nursing
• Valid nursing license (home country accepted)
• 1+ year clinical experience
• Strong internet connection & tech skills
