We’re seeking experienced Remote Telehealth Nurses to provide high-quality virtual consultations, patient triage, and ongoing care coordination across the United States.

As part of our growing digital care team, you’ll help patients access healthcare from home — supporting chronic conditions, wellness monitoring, and follow-ups through secure video platforms.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments through video or phone consultations

• Provide education and follow-up care for chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, etc.)

• Document visits accurately in electronic health records (EHR)

• Collaborate with care coordinators and U.S.-based physicians

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• Active RN or LPN license (any U.S. state accepted)

• Minimum 1 year of clinical or telehealth experience

• Strong digital communication and documentation skills

• Reliable internet and quiet home workspace
