CareConnect Global is hiring licensed Telehealth Nurses in Illinois to deliver high-quality virtual healthcare services to patients statewide.

This fully remote role allows nurses to conduct video consultations, manage chronic care, and provide ongoing patient education using our secure telemedicine platform.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual nursing assessments and patient triage

• Provide health education and chronic care support

• Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems

• Coordinate follow-up care and referrals

• Collaborate with remote physicians and care teams

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience

• Telehealth experience preferred

• Strong communication and documentation skills
