CareConnect Global is expanding its remote healthcare operations across Michigan and is seeking licensed Telehealth Nurses to provide virtual patient care statewide.

This role allows nurses to work 100% remotely, delivering high-quality healthcare services through secure video consultations, patient education, and digital care coordination.

You will support patients managing chronic conditions, follow-up care, and general health concerns — all from the comfort of your home.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient assessments via secure video calls

• Provide nursing guidance, triage, and care planning

• Support chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)

• Document all patient interactions accurately in EHR systems

• Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and support staff

• Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan

• Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience

• Telehealth experience is an advantage (not required)

• Strong communication and patient engagement skills

• Comfortable using digital health platforms and EHR systems

• Reliable high-speed internet and private workspace
