CareConnect Global is expanding its remote telehealth operations in Pennsylvania and is seeking licensed nurses to provide high-quality virtual care to patients across the state.

In this role, you will support patients through video consultations, health education, chronic care management, and clinical documentation — all from the comfort of your home. Our platform connects nurses with physicians, specialists, and care coordinators nationwide.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual nursing assessments and triage via secure video calls

• Provide education and guidance for chronic conditions and preventive care

• Document all patient interactions accurately in EHR systems

• Assist patients with follow-up care and referrals

• Collaborate with remote physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Active Pennsylvania RN or LPN license

• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience

• Telehealth experience is an advantage

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Salary: $91,000 – $125,000 yearly
