🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual nursing assessments via video consultations

• Support patients managing chronic conditions and ongoing treatments

• Accurately document care in EHR systems

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams across Texas

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• Active RN or LPN license (Texas or multi-state compact accepted)

• Minimum 1 year of nursing or clinical experience

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital tools
