CareConnect Global is seeking experienced Telehealth Nurses licensed in Virginia to provide remote patient care through our secure digital healthcare platform.

This role focuses on virtual consultations, follow-up care, and patient education for individuals across Virginia — without the need for in-person visits.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Perform remote nursing assessments and triage

• Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up guidance

• Maintain accurate electronic health records

• Coordinate care with U.S.-based healthcare teams

• Support wellness programs and preventive care initiatives

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Active Virginia RN or LPN license

• At least 1 year of nursing experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth tools

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Salary: $93,000 – $128,000 per year
